Dear Customers and Partners,
At the dawn of this new year, allow me to give thanks to God for granting us the privilege of witnessing the first moments of 2026. This new year gives me the opportunity to extend my best wishes of health, success, and happiness to the entire Malian people, and more particularly to the partners and staff of the Bank.
Despite a less-than-favorable socioeconomic environment, BNDA, like our country, has demonstrated remarkable resilience throughout 2025. Indeed, it has remained at the forefront of the development of the Malian economy. In this regard, several sectors of the national economy have benefited from our valuable support, amounting to several billions of CFA francs. A significant share naturally went to the rural sector, the core business of the green bank.
Over the past year, our institution has remained true to its commercial commitment and its constant drive to evolve in order to better serve its customers, in line with its institutional signature.
This has resulted in the availability to our valued customers of a wide range of products and services tailored to their needs. To keep up with the times, special emphasis has been placed on digital products and services. The official launch, on July 30, 2025, at our headquarters, of the Bank to Wallet / Wallet to Bank service is part of this digital momentum.
The year 2026 marks the very first year of our eighth Medium-Term Plan (2026–2030). It will be an opportunity for us to consolidate our achievements, embrace new promises, and establish a new social contract with our customers and partners. The inauguration of our new headquarters in Hamdallaye ACI 2000 and the opening of our V.I.P branch in the same area will be among the indicators of this positive trend.
I reiterate my sincere thanks to all our customers who continue to place their trust in us. At the same time, I extend my deepest appreciation to the employees of BNDA, whose professionalism, dynamism, and commitment have enabled our institution to rank among the leading banks in the market.

Cheque releases are made at BNDA counters.
Apart from credit transactions, BNDA offers you the possibility to perform all your banking transactions in any of its branches at no extra charge.
In case you misplace your card or it is stolen, go immediately to one of our branches with a loss certificate to make a stop payment. It is worth noting that the first 48 hours are important in limiting the number of fraudulent transactions. Once the declaration has been made, you can order a new card.
Go to one of BNDA's branches with your identity card and/or your customer card to make the request.
Changing the card limit will incur costs. For security reasons, you should only request a change of limit if necessary.
