After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the account is automatically locked. You must wait 24 hours before trying to reconnect. You can also go directly to a branch to unlock the account or request a new password.

In Menu <<Mon space>> click on <<My Transfers>> → Select the sender and recipient account number →Input the amount and the Transfer wording→Confirm the transaction.

E-BNDA

You must be a customer of the bank to have access to EBNDA. You must first fill in the subscription form, which is available in branches and can also be downloaded by clicking here (insert link). At the end of your subscription, the branch will give you a login and a password that you will have to change on your first connection.

BNDA TABALE

You are a BNDA customer and would like to receive real-time notifications of transactions on your account, subscribe to the SMS alert service. There are two options: :

  • You can pre-subscribe remotely by dialling #913#, and then you have 30 days to complete the subscription in your branch.
  • Or you can go directly to the branch to subscribe. .

Yes, you can have an additional loan as long as the prescribed conditions are met. What are the required documents for taking out an employee loan?

To qualify for an employee loan, you must be able to provide the following documents:

For civil servants:

  • Signed loan request (addressed to the branch manager)
  • Direct debit form (provided by the bank)
  • Copies of the last three (03) pay slips
  • Copy of identity document
  • Certificate of service
  • Integration order
  • Certificate of indebtedness in the case of repurchase by other banks
  • The statement of account for the last three (03) months (in the case of repurchase) by other banks/li>

For the private sector employees:

  • DDirect debit form (provided by the bank)
  • Copies of the last three (03) pay slips
  • Copy of identity document
  • Certificate of service
  • Employment contract
  • Certificate of indebtedness in the case of repurchase by other banks

For pensioners:

  • Copies of the last three (03) pension slips
  • Copy of identity document
  • Pension certificate
  • Certificate of indebtedness in the case of repurchase by other banks
  • The statement of account for the last three (03) months (in the case of repurchase) by other banks

For the military personnel:

  • Signed loan request (addressed to the branch manager)
  • Direct debit form (provided by the bank)
  • Copies of the last three (03) pay slips
  • Copy of identity document
  • Certificate of effective presence in the profession (for military personnel)
  • Certificate of indebtedness in the case of repurchase by other banks
  • The statement of account for the last three (03) months (in the case of repurchase) by other banks

Following an unsuccessful withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 48 hours, if not, please go to the branch to fill out the refund form.

BNDA Card stuck in a BNDA ATM

Go to the nearest BNDA branch to declare that your card got stuck and you can ask for the card to be sent to the BNDA branch of your choice.

Other banks' cards stuck in a BNDA ATM

If you are not a BNDA customer and your card got stuck in a BNDA ATM. You must contact your bank to get it back.

Before using your card, go to one of BNDA's branches to request the lifting of restrictions (stop payment) on your card.

Go to one of BNDA's branches with your identity card and/or your customer card to make the request.

Changing the card limit will incur costs. For security reasons, you should only request a change of limit if necessary.

In case you misplace your card or it is stolen, go immediately to one of our branches with a loss certificate to make a stop payment. It is worth noting that the first 48 hours are important in limiting the number of fraudulent transactions. Once the declaration has been made, you can order a new card.

Apart from credit transactions, BNDA offers you the possibility to perform all your banking transactions in any of its branches at no extra charge.

Cash remittances are made at BNDA counters.
