BNDA Card stuck in a BNDA ATM
Go to the nearest BNDA branch to declare that your card got stuck and you can ask for the card to be sent to the BNDA branch of your choice.
Other banks' cards stuck in a BNDA ATM
If you are not a BNDA customer and your card got stuck in a BNDA ATM. You must contact your bank to get it back.
Before using your card, go to one of BNDA's branches to request the lifting of restrictions (stop payment) on your card.
Go to one of BNDA's branches with your identity card and/or your customer card to make the request.
Changing the card limit will incur costs. For security reasons, you should only request a change of limit if necessary.

In case you misplace your card or it is stolen, go immediately to one of our branches with a loss certificate to make a stop payment. It is worth noting that the first 48 hours are important in limiting the number of fraudulent transactions. Once the declaration has been made, you can order a new card.
Apart from credit transactions, BNDA offers you the possibility to perform all your banking transactions in any of its branches at no extra charge.
