WITHDRAWAL
Allows you to withdraw funds from your account using a debit or credit card at any BNDA ATM.
The maximum amount depends on the limit set for the customer’s card.
- BNDA Green Cash Card: ATM/POS withdrawal limit (250,000 CFA francs per day)
- BNDA Grey Cash Card: ATM/POS withdrawal limit (100,000 CFA francs per day)
- BNDA EXPRESS Card: ATM/POS withdrawal limit (500,000 CFA francs per day)
- BNDA Visa Classic Card: Higher ATM/POS withdrawal limit (750,000 CFA francs per day)
- BNDA Visa Gold Card: Higher ATM/POS withdrawal limit (1,500,000 CFA francs per day)

Cheque releases are made at BNDA counters.
Apart from credit transactions, BNDA offers you the possibility to perform all your banking transactions in any of its branches at no extra charge.
In case you misplace your card or it is stolen, go immediately to one of our branches with a loss certificate to make a stop payment. It is worth noting that the first 48 hours are important in limiting the number of fraudulent transactions. Once the declaration has been made, you can order a new card.
Go to one of BNDA's branches with your identity card and/or your customer card to make the request.
Changing the card limit will incur costs. For security reasons, you should only request a change of limit if necessary.
