BNDA offers its clients a wide network of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) providing several services such as:
- Withdrawals,
- Mini statements,
- Balance inquiries,
- ATM transfers,
- Deposits at ATMs.
Overview of selected ATM services (withdrawals, transfers, deposits)
Withdrawals
Allows clients to withdraw funds from their account using a debit or credit card via an ATM. The maximum amount depends on the limit of the client’s card.
1- BNDA Green Cash Card: ATM/POS limit (250,000 XOF per day)
2- BNDA Grey Cash Card: ATM/POS limit (100,000 XOF per day)
3- BNDA EXPRESS Card: ATM/POS limit (500,000 XOF per day)
4- BNDA Visa Classic Card: High ATM/POS limit (750,000 XOF per day)
5- BNDA Visa Gold Card: High ATM/POS limit (1,500,000 XOF per day)
ATM Transfer
Allows any cardholder to easily transfer money to another person through the BNDA ATM network. It also allows anyone (client or not) to withdraw cash from any BNDA ATM that was previously sent by a BNDA cardholder. This is a fast, simple, and secure service, without the need for an advisor.
ATM Deposit:
Allows any cardholder to make a deposit into their account with or without a magnetic card from a BNDA ATM.
- Deposit Functionality: This service is accessible with or without a magnetic card.
- Accepted banknotes: 5,000 XOF and 10,000 XOF.
- Deposit limit: 1,000,000 XOF per day.

- ATM locations for deposit service: Available at ATMs located in front of BNDA branches.
