E-BNDA
E-Bnda is BNDA's online banking service. It features a number of functionalities, including checking balances, issuing account statements, ordering cheque books, cancelling cheques and making transfers within the WAEMU zone. The platform can be accessed using a login and password issued to the customer by the bank. The service is available 7/7 and 24/24. Subscription fees are XOF 1,000 + FAT for individuals and XOF 3,000 + FAT for businesses.
How to subscribe to digital services?
E-BNDA
You must be a customer of the bank to have access to EBNDA. You must first fill in the subscription form, which is available in branches and can also be downloaded by clicking here (insert link). At the end of your subscription, the branch will give you a login and a password that you will have to change on your first connection.
BNDA TABALE
You are a BNDA customer and would like to receive real-time notifications of transactions on your account, subscribe to the SMS alert service. There are two options: :
- You can pre-subscribe remotely by dialling #913#, and then you have 30 days to complete the subscription in your branch.
- Or you can go directly to the branch to subscribe. .
